Place the softened butter in a mixing bowl with the paddle attachment. Fold in the mascarpone cheese and cinnamon on low speed and then gradually increase to make sure that all of the components are well incorporated. Lower the speed back down to medium-low and gradually add the lavender flowers by pulling apart the petals. Place the butter compound on a sheet of parchment paper and shape into a log or any shape you desire. Put in refrigerator to chill for at least 1 hour.
